Ninja Creami

The creamiest results in five simple steps. Perfect for the Creami and Creami Deluxe.

  • ⏱ 5 min prep
  • ❄️ 24h freeze
  • 🥄 8 servings
  • 😍 Beginner friendly

What you'll need

  • Ninja Creamior Creami Deluxe
  • Milk of choiceOat, Soy, Cashew, 2% or whole milks work well. Skim or almond milk will not be as creamy.
  • 2 scoops of Verids1 of 8 servings
  • Freezer spaceflat & level
  1. Measure & mix

    2 min

Pour in your 300ml/10oz of your favorite milk to a pint or blender. Add two scoops of Verids. This is enough for one 16 oz pint. For the deluxe Ninja creami that uses 24 oz pints, pour 450ml/15oz and three scoops of Verids.

  2. Shake it up

    30 sec

Blend so everything is silky and lump-free.

  3. Freeze solid

    24 hrs

Set the pint upright and flat in your freezer for a full 24 hours. A level freeze is the secret to an even, creamy spin.

  4. Spin it

    3 min

For a thicker texture, do not thaw, just immediately take out of freezer and run one cycle on the Lite Ice Cream setting. If you prefer a softer texture, let it thaw for 5-10 minutes before running on Lite Ice Cream. After the first spin, if it looks powdery, proceed to the next step. If the texture looks good enjoy now!

  5. Re-spin & enjoy

    1 min

Add a small splash of milk (1-2 oz), hit Re-spin. Scoop and dig in while it's fresh.

Pro tips

  • Powdery texture?Add 1–2 oz of milk and re-spin. It turns creamy in seconds.
  • Prefer a softer texture?Let the pint sit out 5–10 minutes, or run hot water over the base for 30-60 seconds.
  • Want mix-ins?After the first lite ice cream spin, add them and 1-2oz of milk and use the Mix-In button instead of the respin.

Any other questions?

Everything you need for perfect scoops, every time.

Do I have to eat the whole pint at once?

If you'd like to eat your left overs later, refreeze it solid (the full 24 hours), lite ice cream spin, then add a splash of milk and respin when you're ready for round two.

I have a Cuisinart Fast Freeze

Use about 1 scoop of Verids and 5 to 6 oz of milk. Freeze for 24 hours, then use the Ice Cream setting. After the first spin, add about 1 oz of milk and spin a bit more to make it creamy.

It came out powdery — what happened?

That's normal after the first spin. Add a splash of milk and re-spin once and it turns luxuriously creamy.

How many servings per pouch?

Each pouch makes about 8 servings, and every serving fills a 16 oz pint — so one pouch is roughly 8 creamy homemade pints.

What's actually in it?

Simple, recognizable ingredients — real pistachios in Perfectly Pistachio and real cocoa in Chocolate! — with no artificial flavors and no unnecessary fillers, plus 14–15g of plant protein per serving. Heads up on allergens: Perfectly Pistachio contains pistachios and Chocolate! contains almonds.

How long does it keep in the freezer?

Best enjoyed fresh right after spinning. If you store leftovers, re-spin with a splash of milk to bring back the creamy texture.
